PDR Growth LLC provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, PPC management, social media management, content marketing, branding, and web design. Our website offers information about these services, case studies, and additional resources related to digital marketing.

Minimum Term: All website development and hosting services are subject to a one (1) year minimum service period.
Early Termination (With Site Transfer): If the Client wishes to terminate services and retain ownership/files of the website before the 1-year mark, the remaining balance of the 12-month term must be paid in full prior to file transfer.
Early Termination (Without Site Transfer): The Client may cancel services at any time with no additional fees or penalties if they do not wish to keep the website or its associated data.
Post-Term Ownership: After the initial 1-year period, services will continue on a month-to-month basis. Upon cancellation after the first year, the Client may take the website at no extra charge.

Authorization: By providing payment information and initiating the first transaction, the Client authorizes PDR Growth LLC to process recurring monthly payments (e.g., the disputed $350.00 charge).
Full Refund: To receive a full refund for a billing cycle, cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled billing date.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the billing date are eligible for a partial refund only.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for the current month if the service is cancelled after the payment has been processed. In this case, services will remain active for the remainder of the 30-day billing cycle.
Dispute Resolution: The Client agrees to contact the Merchant directly to resolve billing issues prior to initiating a bank dispute. Filing a false "Fraud" or "Unauthorized" claim for services actively rendered is considered a breach of this agreement.

Payment Delinquency: PDR Growth LLC reserves the right to place a "Service Disruption" notice on any digital asset if payments are not received by the due date.
User Obligations: You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of PDR Growth LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDR Growth LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our services. You agree to indemnify PDR Growth LLC from any claims or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms of Service.
